She's a full-time staff of ATGWU, who manages and distributes information within an office through answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files. Among others, her duties include;
- Answer and direct phones.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos and letters
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filling system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists.
- Book travel arrangements
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Liaise with staff to handle requests and queries from union leadership and members
